PCUI_ESS_TIMCOR_009 - Define Report Variants and Background Processing

In this activity, you define the variants to control processing of clock-in/out corrections and create the required background processing steps.

1. Create variants for the following reports:

• RPTCORTMAIL (Clock-In/Out Corrections: Request Correction of Errors)

• RPTCOREMAIL (Clock-In/Out Corrections: E-Mails to Involved Persons)

• RPTCORLIST (Clock-In/Out Corrections: Check Corrections)

• RPTCORERR (Clock-In/Out Corrections: Process

1. Define background processing for the following reports:

• RPTCORTMAIL (Clock-In/Out Corrections: Request Correction of Errors)

• RPTCOREMAIL (Clock-In/Out Corrections: E-Mails to Involved Persons)

• RPTCORPOST (Clock-In/Out Corrections: Post)

• RPTCORSTOPWF (Clock-In/Out Corrections: End Open Processes)

Some of the reports have to be planned in relation to the time evaluation run.

SUBST_MERGE_LIST - merge external lists to one complete list with #if... logic for R3up   PERFORM Short Reference
