PCUI_ESS_TIMCOR_011 - Specify Minimum Interval Between Time Events

You can use this IMG activity to specify a minimum period that must be between to clock-in/out entries when processing clock-in/out corrections in the Web application. If the time between two clock-in/out entries is below the specified period, the employee is not permitted to record the new or changed entry.

Note

The standard functions for defining the time between two time postings are used. Note that the system does not process the situation in the Web application in the same way as it processes time postings from an external time recording system. In the Web application, an employee cannot enter a second clock-in/out time while the second one overwrites the first one in pair formation.

You also want to use this function for pair formation. It is not possible to use it solely for the Web application.

This function is not activated in the standard system.

1. Specify in the A05 switch whether you want to use the function. If you enter 1 in the Reaction field, the system checks the minimum distance between clock-in/out entries.
2. In the A06 switch, enter the minimum time in seconds.
