In this Customizing activity you edit the control of the trip schemas for the ERP system and the Web Dynpro interface.

If you want to settle other costs as travel expenses, you can create a new trip schema. You can allow overlaps with other trips for the new trip schema and deactivate per diem settlement.

Using individual field control, you also specify the fields you want to appear on the Web Dynpro interface and in the Fiori apps, and the attributes of the fields (such as display field or required entry field).

For some screens of the Web Dynpro and Fiori apps, you can also specify that texts you entered are displayed as documentation for end users. You can provide different texts for each trip provision variant. Before you can select texts to be displayed on the interface, you must first enter the texts in the Customizing activity Enter Texts for Web Dynpro Interface.

When you make changes to the trip schemas, remember that you may have made settings for the ERP system in the activity Define Schema and Individual Field Control. There you can also find additional information on settings for trip schemas.

The Web Dynpro interface already contains texts. The texts that you link to the Web Dynpro interface with this Customizing activity overwrite the standard texts.

First enter texts for each trip provision variant using the activity Enter Texts for Web Dynpro Interface.

In a trip provision variant, you then select an area (such as general trip data) and double-click on the Documentation... field. In the right screen area, select the Alternative Display Type field, and for the default value enter the documentation key that you assigned when entering the text.
