PEGRPM - Make Settings for Run Profile Messages

Here you define pegging run profile messages. You can assign a subset of messages from the GPDPEG message class to every pegging run profile. Only those messages that are assigned to the used run profile at pegging execution appear in the job log and the application log during the pegging run.

You can define the message category as termination, error, warning, or information.

You can create your own version of a particular message in the message class GPDPEG using the customer number range from 900 onwards. You can customize these messages to give them a description that best suits your business needs. If the customer message ID is set, the message you defined is raised instead of the standard message.

Every message assigned to the selected run profile may trigger an action at the time when the message is raised. The required actions can be customized in the configuration settings of the run profile. The action(s) are executed if the action flag is set for a particular message.
