Use

In this IMG activity, you define the state secretaries that can be assigned to a fund center.

Requirements

You have to have carried out the IMG activity Define Ministries.

Activities

Choose the New Entriespushbutton in change mode. Select the relevant financial management area and ministry, and enter the codes for the state secretaries and their corresponding descriptions. Subsequently, assign the relevant state secretary to your fund center in the fund center master data.
