Use
In this IMG activity, you detemine whether funds commitments are to be generated automatically. If you set automatic commitment generation, the system assigns the generated funds commitment number to the purchase order when it is created. If you do not set automatic commitment generation, there is no link between the funds commitment and the purchase order.
Requirements
If you set automatic commitment generation, you also have to carry out the IMG activity Define Commitment Document Type.
Activities
Choose the New Entriespushbutton in change mode. Select your company code and select the checkbox in the Automatic Generationcolumn.
Fill RESBD Structure from EBP Component Structure CPI1466 during Backup
