PFM_ORG_02 - Define Company Attributes

In this Customizing activity, you group company attributes by organizational profile and assign these profiles to company codes. Organizational profiles are used in reporting in accordance with Portuguese legal requirements.

You have defined organizational profiles in the Customizing activity Define Organizational Profiles.

You have defined CEA codes in the Customizing activity Define CEA Codes for Vendors.

1. Choose New Entries in change mode.
2. Select a company code and specify the type of organization (Integrated Services or Independent Services and Funds).
3. Enter a valid time period.
4. Select an organizational profile.
5. Define the attributes you want to assign to the organizational profile and save your entries.

Note

You can only create one record for each company code.
