PFM_PS_01 - Assign Field Statuses to Additional Fields

Use

In this IMG activity, you define the status of the additional fields that are to be used for the WBS element on the Contractstab page in the Project Builder, in accordance with the project profile. You set up the system so that only fields containing information that you require are displayed and have to be filled.

Requirements

You have to have carried out the IMG activities Define Additional Fields, Create Project Profile, Create Profile Types for WBS Elements.

Activities

Choose the New Entriespushbutton in change mode. Select your company code and the relevant project profile. Enter the project type and select the relevant field name. Select the corresponding checkboxes to indicate if the field is to be displayed and mandatory.
