PFTS_ERP - Maintain Agent Assignments for Standard Tasks

You maintain agent assignments for standard tasks to define who is able to carry out these tasks. When you maintain agent assignments in the workflow template, you define who is responsible for carrying out the activity. The activities can be maintained by those employees who have been assigned to the standard tasks as well as to the workflow template.

1. In the Standard task field enter 38000001.
2. Choose Display.
3. From the menu choose Additional data ' Agent assignment ' Maintain.
4. Mark the entry Edit Customer Inquiry and choose Attributes.
5. In the Task: dialog, select General Task and choose Transfer.

Note

General Task means that any user can carry out the task. However, responsibilities will be maintained in the step Maintain Agent Assignments in the Workflow Template. If you do not want to classify this task as a general task, you can assign an organizational unit, a user, a role, or others to this task. For example, carry out the following steps to assign an organizational unit:

1. From the menu choose Agent assignment ' Create…
2. In the Choose agent type… dialog box, mark the entry Organizational unit and choose Continue.
3. In the Choose Organizational unit dialog box, search for the relevant entry and choose Continue.

Enter the correct customizing request and save the assignment.

Repeat these steps for the following tasks:

• 38000002

• 38000003

• 38000005
