POC_INSTR_BOR_CONFIG - Enable Data Relationship Browser (DRB) Usage

You use this Customizing activity to enable the usage of the Document Relationship Browser (DRB). As DRB can cause performance issues at runtime, we recommend not using it in a productive system. Therefore, DRB is turned off by default. If you want to use it, for example for rapid prototyping in your development system, you can turn it on by making entries in this table.

Note
There are other Customizing activities for the Process Observer component that allow you to determine the predecessor BOR object without using the DRB:

• Determine Previous Objects from BOR Payload

• BAdI: Determination of Previous Business Object for BOR Event

You are aware of the BOR events for which the DRB should be used to determine the predecessor BOR objects.

You have the following options here:

• If you make no entries in this Customizing table, the Document Relationship Browser (DRB) is called per default for all BOR-EVENT combinations.

• If you enter a BOR object and event in the table, DRB is only used for these.

• If you do not want to use DRB at all, you can also enter a dummy BOR object and event here.
