Define portfolios per company code. You use the portfolios as an organizational element to group various financial transactions for reporting purposes.

  • If you create a financial transaction, you assign the portfolio on the Administration tab.
  • You can use the portfolio as a selection criterion.
  • You can use the portfolio as an analysis characteristic in risk management.
  1. Enter a company code.
  2. Choose New Entries.
  3. Enter an alphanumeric ID and a description for the portfolio.
  4. Save your entries.
