PPPI_MD_433 - Define User-Defined Fields
PERFORM Short Reference General Data in Customer MasterThis documentation is copyright by SAP AG.
In this step, you create user-defined fields for operations and phases. Combinations of different user-defined fields are grouped under key word IDs. Using such an ID you can assign the fields to operations and phases.
By entering key words for the fields, you can create the following user-defined fields for each key word ID:
- Up to four text fields
- In these fields, you can specify the following information, for example:
- information on persons in charge
- names of deputies
- extensions
- Up to two quantity fields
- You can also specify formula parameters for the quantity fields. Using these formula parameters in calculation formulas, you can refer to the values in the quantity fields. Calculation formulas are defined, for example, in resources or for order costing.
- In the operation or phase, a field for the unit of measure is displayed for every quantity field.
- Up to two value fields
