PP_CO62 - Delete Process Messages

In this step you define a background job for the deletion of process messages and their logs. You specify:

• Whether logs only or also messages are to be deleted

• The criteria by which the messages to be deleted are to be selected

• Whether deletion logs are to be created

• When the background job for deletion is to be executed

• Define Selection Variant

• Define Background Job

The deletion program can also be started from the application menu of process integration. In this case, you define the selection criteria independently of the settings made here.
