PRC_SUPPORTED_FIELDS - Display Supported Price-Relevant Fields (Standard Delivery)

In this Customizing activity, you can display the supported pricing-relevant fields that are included in the standard delivery. You can display the mapping of these fields from SAP S/4HANA for customer management to Sales and Distribution (SD) and in the opposite mapping direction.

The overview table Map Customer Management Fields to SD Fields shows the following settings:

The direction that the fields are mapped in is indicated under Mapping Direction. The following mapping directions exist:

• SD to Customer Management

• Customer Management to SD

The field names are listed accordingly under Customer Management Field and SD Field.

The Conversion Typeand Conversion Functionfields are relevant for the mapping direction Customer Management to SD. They support the field content conversion from customer management data format to SD data format. The Conversion Typedefines how the conversion is to be done using the following settings:

• Not relevantis used for the mapping direction SD to Customer Management.

• No conversion; direct copyingis used if the field value of the customer management field can be copied to the SD field directly, for example, if the data format and the allowed values are the same in customer management and SD. In this case, no conversion is necessary.

• Conversion by function moduleis used if the data format or the field values of the customer management field differ from the SD field. Conversion is needed to transfer the field value. A function module with a pre-defined interface is assigned under Conversion Function.
