In this Customizing activity, you define Access to Market (ATM)access type.

Each PRF record has an access type. The access type determines the view authorizations of a PRF record.

As per the legal requirement in Australia, Australian companies publish relevant procurement documents on government procurement information system such as AusTender. AusTender uses ATM key access type of the PRF document to control the visibility of the PRF document for public viewing.

A PRF document can have access type such as:

  • OP,,Open
  • RD,,RESTRICTED - PUBLIC VIEW DETAILED
  • RL,,RESTRICTED - PUBLIC VIEW LIMITED
  • RN,,RESTRICTED - PUBLIC VIEW LIMITED

A PRF document having access type as RN will be NOT be visible for public view meaning other users of AusTender cannot view this document. However, if the PRF document has access type as OP, then all AusTender users can view the PRF document.
