Use this enhancement spot to:

• Perform validations for edition of a PRF Record

When a user edits an invoice and saves the document, the system performs validations to determine if the corresponding PRF record should be displayed in edit mode. The system performs standard validations based on the customizing. However, if you want to perform additional company specific validations you can do so through this enhancement spot.

Additionally, using this enhancement spot you can specify the document types for which the system should allow edition of PRF record.

• Specify the data required for edition of a PRF record

In the standard scenario, the system edits a PRF record based on values such as contract, document number vendor information. However, you can specify your company specific data that the system should use to edit a PRF record.

• Specify document type for which system should allow edition of a PRF record

In the standard scenario, the system allows edition of PRF record for document type FI (06). However, you can specify your company specific document types for which the system should allow edition of the PRF record.

Note that you define PRF document types in Define PRF Specific Document Type view.
