PRF_SONID - Activate Standing Offer Notice ID (SON ID)

In this Customizing activity, you activate the Standing Offer Notice ID (SON ID).

You upload SON ID in this view from the government procurement information system (AusTender). By default, the system activates the new uploaded SON ID and deactivates the old SON ID. However, you can activate SON IDs that are relevant for your organization by selecting the Activate Son IDindicator. You can deactivate SON IDs by not selecting the Activate Son IDindicator.

The system uses SON ID in the following scenarios:

• PRF record creation - During PRF record creation, the system displays the list of all the active SON ID. The user chooses the relevant SON ID from this list. The system generates this list based on the active SON ID in this view.

• PRF reporting - For PRF reporting, the system creates an xml file. The system reads the SON ID that you have maintained in the PRF record and adds SON ID and corresponding attributes in the xml file.
