This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in the KANBAN (PP-KAB) component. You can use the BAdI to define settings to print an RFID (Radio Frequency IDentification) tag for a Kanban.

  • The master data for kanban control cycle exisit in the system and must have at least one kanban container associated with it.
  • A SAPscript form containing RFID tag data must be available.
  • You have connected an SAP Auto-ID Infrastructre (SAP AII) 5.1 to the ERP system.
  • You have connected an RFID printer to the ERP system.
  • In the standard system, the BAdI is inactive.
  • The BAdI is designed for single use and is invoked during the execution of kanban card printing.
  • The BAdI is filter-dependent, where plant is the filter.
  1. Create an enhancement implementation of the Business Add-In.
  2. Implement methods GET_AII_LOGICAL_SYSTEM, GET_RFID_PRINTER, GET_SAPSCRIPT_FORM to provide AII (Auto-Id Infrastructure) logical system, RFID printer and SAPscript form respectively. All these methods must be implemented for successful printing.
