In this IMG activity, you can define distribution restrictions for different budgeting processes in your FM area.

You can get detailed information on distribution and the restriction values for specific budgeting processes in Budgeting Process Restriction. We recommend that you first select your budgeting process, then select the corresponding restriction for it.

The budget structure used for distribution must be specified as a multi-level budget structure in the IMG activity Create Budget Structure.

Multi-level budgeting must be activated in the IMG activity Activate Multi-Level Budget Structure.

We do not provide any default settings. Therefore, in the default, the distribution check is not activated or you can regard it as No additional restriction for your FM area.

1. Create a new entry, enter the FM area and select the process.
2. Select the restriction for the process.
3. Save your entry.
