PSM_FMBAS_DERIVATION - BAdI: Activate CO-PA Enhancements

This BAdI enables you to activate enhancements of the CO-PA derivation tool for all derivation strategies used in Public Sector Management, including FM budgeting and AVC (BCS) and Grantee Management.

No standard implementation is delivered by SAP. You must create your own implementation to activate the CO-PA enhancements that you want to use.

Method ACTIVATE_CHANGE_DOC: if you set the flag E_FLG_CHANGE_DOC_ACTIVE to X, any changes in a given derivation strategy, including the sequence of rules and their attributes, will be recorded in change documents.

Method SET_STRATEGY_BUTTONS: you can influence the behavior of the CO-PA derivation strategy by setting or removing the flags of the structure C_BUTTONS. For example, you can activate long texts or enable change documents. Note that you will disable change documents, if you clear the flag C_BUTTONS-USE_CHANGE_DOC, even if you have activated this functionality in method ACTIVATE_CHANGE_DOC.

Method CHECK_DRULE_BEFORE_SAVE: with this method, you can verify entries for derivation rules (DRULE steps), before saving them. You can also decide to enable or disable change documents for individual DRULE changes.
