In this Customizing activity, you can use report RPGENFM_CI_SETUP to generate commitment items and commitment item groups.

The data for the commitment item groups and for the commitment items exists already in the system. You can check under the following Customizing activities:

  1. Start the report.
  2. Enter a FM area and, if relevant, the fiscal year.
  3. Deselect the Test Mode checkbox if you want to create the data in the system. Otherwise, this checkbox will be selected by default and the report will be run in test mode.
  4. Run the report.
