PSM_FM_WOROLBU_KSA - Role Definition with Determination of Approval

The following two workflow templates have been created as a copy of the standard workflow templates delivered by SAP:

• WS71800001

• WS71800002

For detailed information on the approval procedure, read the documentation of the Customizing activity Role Definition: Preposted Budget in FM Budgeting.

You can increase or decrease the number of approval levels in the workflow templates WS71800001 and WS71800002 in the Customizing acitivity BAdI: Determine Number of Approval Levels for Preposted Budget.
