Define budget accounts for down payments without commitment references.
In this configuration activity, you can define specific budget accounts for down payments without a commitment reference (such as a purchase order or a fund reservation).
A budget account for down payments with a commitment reference is always derived for G/L accounts for the commitment document. However if no commitment exists, you can derive different budget accounts for different document types. The document types refer to the document type for the down payment or the down payment requests (if they are to be processed automatically by the payment program).
Specify your budget accounts for down payments without commitment references.
