PSM_S4C_V_TREFST - Define Field Selection String

Use a field selection string to define the fields and their status to be used for earmarked fund documents.

In this configuration activity, you define the field selection strings, which specify which fields are hidden, displayed, optional or required entries during earmarked funds and transfers.

1. Choose New Entries and create a field selection string and its description.
2. Select one entry and choose Maintain Field Status for Field Selection String.
3. Determine a desired field status for each field.

Note:
Any fields that you define as mandatory contain default entries when a document is entered, which cannot be changed by the user:

1. Account Assignment Changeable in Follow-on Document
2. Usage May Exceed Reserved Amount Without Limit
3. Reduction Only in Local Currency
