In this IMG activity, you can delete the unapproved data associated with a temporary Personnel Number. The activity uses transaction PU00 to delete the data. This releases the temporary Personnel Number. You can now use the same number to store another employee's data and make changes to it.

  1. Enter the employee's temporary Personnel Number.
  2. Choose Execute.
