In this step, you define the entries for the federal states in which the personnel subareas of your company are located.

This assignment is required for payroll activities with the local tax office.

1. Perform this activity.

The Assignment of Personnel Subarea/State view appears.

1. For each personnel subarea, call the input help in the Rg (Region) field.
2. Select the relevant federal state by double-clicking.
3. Save your entries.
