PYAT_OZ_165 - Assign Employers to Tax Authorities

In this activity, you enter the employer assignments to the tax authorities that are required in your enterprise.

The view contains all necessary input fields for entering the employer assignment to tax authorities as of 2017. Compared with the previous information, also define whether the employer number remains valid after the employer assignment has ended.

Note:

Also note SAP Note 2313952 with regard to the conversion report of the previous table entries of table TA50A (employer assignment to authorities) to table T5A0A_NEW (employer assignment to tax authorities). In this step, you store names for the individual employer assignments of your company. For each employer assignment, you also store the federal state in which the employer assignment is located.

Before entering the data, obtain an overview of the number of relevant employer assignments in your company and for which personnel subareas they are each responsible.

Take into account that an employer assignment can perform personnel accounting for one or more personnel subareas. However, the standard SAP system does not intend for personnel accounting for a single personnel subarea to be performed by multiple employer assignments at the same time. Neither is it possible to group multiple personnel areas of different company codes in one employer assignment. Therefore, create separate employer assignments for each company code.

1. Perform this activity.
   The Employer Assignment to Tax Authorities view is displayed.
2. Choose New Entries.
3. Enter the required data for each relevant employer assignment for each field. If necessary, note the information in the field help.
4. After entering the employer assignment, save your entries.
