In this Customizing activity, you set up the Determine whether to check payroll control record exit for STP (13STP) feature to determine whether the exit status of the payroll control record (PCR) should be checked before a live submission of the Single Touch Payroll (STP) report.

This feature can have the following values:

  • Y - Live submission possible only if PCR is exited
  • N - Live submission possible even if PCR is not exited

Note: In order to ensure that correct STP data is generated, it is recommended that you set the value of this feature to 'Y'.
