PYC_AUTH_SPOOL - Define Spool Authorization Settings

Payroll Control Center batch processing component generates spool files at runtime. You can use this Customizing activity to set authorization control on these spool files.

To define spool authorization setting, proceed as follows:

1. Create a new entry
2. Select the Enable Spool Authorization Control checkbox
   If the checkbox is selected, the spool files generated by daemon jobs will have the authorization field filled. The authorization value for spool file is combined with the namespace defined in this Customizing activity and the first 7 characters from the step instance ID (which includes the process authorization prefix).
3. Define the spool authorization namespace
   The namespace can have up to 5 characters or be left empty.
   Note that the namespace is applicable only when the spool authorizaton control is enabled.
