PYDEPS_EO_140 - Maintain Subcase Groups

In this Customizing activity, you can enter the subcase groups for a pay grade regulation.

A subcase group is used to subdivide a case group, which together with the remuneration group subdivides occupations within a pay grade regulation.

The standard SAP system provides sample Customizing for the TV-L and TVoeD (federal) pay grade regulations.

To use the sample Customizing, compare the values with client 000.

To enter another subcase group, start the Customizing activity, choose a pay grade regulation in the dialog box, and proceed as follows:

• Choose New Entries.

• Choose an Occupational Code in column Code.

• Choose a Pay Grade Group in column Pay Grade Group.

• Choose a Case Group in column Case Group.

• In the column SCGr, create a subcase group, consisting of an alphanumeric code with a maximum of two digits, for the previously selected combination of occupational code, pay grade group, and case group.

• Select the start and end date.

• Choose Save.
