PYDEPS_KGID_100 - Maintain Logical File Paths

You use this Customizing activity to maintain the assignment of the logical file path to the physical file path.

To make the assignment of the logical path to the physical path, proceed as follows:

Employer -> BZSt

1. Select the logical file path HR_DE_KGID_OUT (Outbox for the ID No. Inspection Method Child Allowance) in the Create a logical file path table.
2. Double-click Assignment of Physical Paths to Logical Path in the dialog structure to call the subdialog for HR_DE_KGID_OUT.
3. Enter the required file path into the Physical path input field.
4. Choose Save.

Confirmation BZSt -> Employer

1. Select the logical file path HR_DE_KGID_IN (Inbox for the ID No. Inspection Method Child Allowance) in the Create a logical file path table.
2. Double-click Assignment of Physical Paths to Logical Path in the dialog structure to call the subdialog for HR_DE_KGID_IN.
3. Enter the required file path into the Physical path input field.
4. Choose Save.

Path for processed inbound files

1. Select the logical file path HR_DE_KGID_PRO (processed inbound files ID No. Control Procedure Child Allowance) in the Create a logical file path table.
2. Double-click Assignment of Physical Paths to Logical Path in the dialog structure to call the subdialog for HR_DE_KGID_PRO.
3. Enter the required file path into the Physical path input field.
4. Choose Save.
