PYDEPS_KG_BSAP_010 - Maintain Logical File Paths

You use this Customizing activity to maintain the assignment of the logical file path to the physical file path.

To make the assignment of the logical path to the physical path, proceed as follows:

Inbound directory for the files of the German Federal Employment Agency

1. Select the logical file path HR_DE_BSAP_IN (Payment Office Data Retrieval Portal: Inbound Directory) in the Create a logical file path table.
2. Double-click Assignment of Physical Paths to Logical Path in the dialog structure to call the subdialog for HR_DE_DIR_RPSKGOD0.
3. Enter the required file path into the Physical path input field.
4. Choose Save.

Storage directory for processed files

1. Select the logical file path HR_DE_BSAP_PRO (Payment Office Data Retrieval Portal: Storage Directory) in the Create a logical file path table.
2. Double-click Assignment of Physical Paths to Logical Path in the dialog structure to call the subdialog for HR_DE_DIR_RPSKGOD0.
3. Enter the required file path into the Physical path input field.
4. Choose Save.
