PYDEPS_TARIF_050 - Assign Pay Scale Working Time

In this Customizing activity, you assign the working time according to the collective agreement to your relevant pay scale type/area combination with regard to the sector wage agreements. For this, you enter, on the one hand, the weekly pay scale working time in hours and, on the other hand, the normal number of weekly workdays.

You have set the pay scale types and the pay scale areas with regard to the sector wage agreements.

If required, add new entries in accordance with your requirements.

1. Choose New Entries.
2. In the field Pay Scale Type, enter the key for a pay scale type that you defined in the process step "CreatePay Scale Type".
3. In the field Pay Scale Area, enter a pay scale area that you defined in the the process step "Maintain PayScale Area"
4. In the field ESG/CAP, enter the grouping for the employee subgroup for the collective agreement provision as a differentiation option for the pay scales.
5. Determine the validity period for your entry.
6. In the field Hours, enter the weekly pay scale working time according to the collective agreement.
7. In the field Days, enter the number of workdays per week according to the collective agreement.
8. Choose Save.
