Business Add-In (BAdI) HRPAYDE_INDBW_TARIF_ERH is used to bring forward the evaluation key date of the indirect valuation to the day before the pay scale increase.

This can be used, for example, when pay scale increases are granted retrospectively, to exclude employees who left the company at a disadvantage from the adjustment from a specific date.

When using this BAdI for disadvantageous leaving, at least one action is assigned as a trigger for the disadvantageous leaving in the case of pay scale increases. In addition, a pay scale exclusion date is determined for relevant pay scale increases.

There is no implementation active in the standard settings.

The following implementations are provided:

  • HRPAYDE_INDBW_TARIF_ERH_STD:Disadvantageous leaving
  • HRPADDE_VA_VLTSV_INDBW:Consideration of the date the German treaty on sharing of pension costs was announced

Activate implementation HRPAYDE_INDBW_TARIF_ERH_STD if you would like to use the functionality of disadvantageous leaving. If you would also like to consider the date a payment adjustment was announced in the "Gesetz- und Verordnungsblatt" (Journal of Laws and Ordinances) (GVBl), activate implementation HRPADDE_VA_VLTSV_INDBW. This implementation also considers the functionality of the disadvantageous leaving.

Alternatively you can create your own implementation if you have different algorithm requirements when changing the valuation date.

Note that only one implementation may be active.
