In this Customizing activity, you determine whether an employee works irregular hours for Gender Pay Gap reporting purposes.

To do that, you edit the Determine Whether the Employee Works Irregular Hours (08GP2) feature in the system.

In the standard system, this feature returns an error.

Execute this Customizing activity and proceed as follows:

1.,,Check if the standard settings fit your company's requirements.
