PYGB_BD_T5G_GPG01 - BAdI: Adjustment of Gender Pay Gap Reporting

This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in the Payroll Great Britain (PY-GB) component. You can use this BAdI to adjust data related to Gender Pay Gap reporting.
You can implement the following BAdI methods:
- EXIT_ADJUST_T5G_GPG01
- If you need to define a large number of legal entities, you can use this BAdI method to populate the table in the Customizing activity Irregular Employment Define Legal Entities instead of defining the entities manually.
- EXIT_ADJUST_LEGAL_ENTITY
- You can use this BAdI method to overwrite the Legal Entity derived by the feature 08GP1. You can access this feature in the Customizing activity Determine Legal Entity.
- EXIT_ADJUST_PARTNER
- You can use this BAdI method to identify Partners.
- EXIT_ADJUST_OVERSEAS
- You can use this BAdI method to identify employees who work overseas.
- EXIT_ADJUST_SELFEMP,,
- You can use this BAdI method to identify employees who are self-employed.
- EXIT_ADJUST_RELEVANT
- You can use this BAdI method to adjust the Relevant status of the Employee for Gender Pay Gap calculations.
- EXIT_ADJUST_GENDER
- You can use this BAdI method to overwrite the Gender determined from the Personal Data (0002) infotype.
- EXIT_ADJUST_IRREGHRS
- You can use this BAdI method to overwrite Irregular Hours determined from the feature 08GP2. You can access this feature the Customizing activity Determine Whether the Employee Works Irregular Hours.
- EXIT_ADJUST_IRREGEMP
- You can use this BAdI method to overwrite the return value of the feature GBIEI (whether the Employee is a Casual Employee) determined from the feature 08GP2. You can access the GBIEI feature in the Customizing activity Irregular Employment.
- EXIT_ADJUST_WKLYHRS
- You can use this BAdI method to overwrite the weekly hours.
- EXIT_ADJUST_DAYS
- You can use this BAdI method to overwrite the days in the relevant period for Gender Pay Gap calculations.
- EXIT_ADJUST_PAY
- You can use this BAdI method to overwrite the pay that will be used to calculate the mean and median pay GPG calculations for the Full Pay Relevant Employees.
- EXIT_ADJUST_BONUS1
- You can use this BAdI method to overwrite the bonus determined for the Full Pay Relevant Employees.
- EXIT_ADJUST_BONUS2
- You can use this BAdI method to overwrite the bonus determined for the Relevant Employees.
- EXIT_ADJUST_HRLYPAID
- You can use this BAdI method to adjust or overwrite the decision made by the 08AHR feature on whether an employee is hourly paid. You can access this feature in the Customizing activity Determine Whether the Employee is Hourly Paid.
- EXIT_ADJUST_HRLYRATE
- You can use this BAdI method to overwrite Hourly Rate calculated for the mean and median pay GPG calculations.
- EXIT_ADJUST_EE_REC
- You can use this BAdI method to overwrite an Employee's GPG record.
- EXIT_ADJUST_EE_TAB
- You can use this BAdI method to overwrite all the GPG data derived for a set of employees.
For more information about the standard settings (filters, single or multiple uses), see the Enhancement Spot Element Definitions tab in the BAdI Builder (transaction SE18).
