The Table Driven Solution For Pensions Deductions

The new Pensions Auto-Enrolment solution relies on you having activated the Table Driven solution for Pension Deductions (i.e. GBCHG Node 006), but for some customers this is not practical. So we have automatically activated the Table Driven solution for Pension Deductions regardless of your setting in GBCHG, but only under certain circumstances;

If the Pension Scheme is an LGPS pension scheme then we have activated the Table Driven solution for Pension Deductions from 01.04.2008.

If the Pension Scheme is an AE pension scheme then we have activated the Table Driven solution for Pension Deductions from your Staging Date. (This will enable the Pensions Auto-Enrolment solution to correctly handle the population of the IT0071 fields, based on the pension customising, rather than forcing the user/program to make the record employee specific.)
