PYGB_T596I_GPG3_7 - Define Bonus Payments in the Relevant Bonus Period

In this Customizing activity, you specify the wage types relevant for different types of bonuses.

When processing each employee, the Gender Pay Gap (RPLGPGG0) report cumulates the values held against the wage types assigned to each of the following cumulation IDs, factors them to identify the amount that corresponds to the relevant pay period and reports them in the Bonus 1 field on the output screen.

Bonus Annual: Cumulation ID GPG3

The amounts in these are included in hourly rate calculation for the Mean and Median GPG calculation only if the Annual Bonus is paid in the relevant pay period.

The wage types that are to be configured here are those wage types which pay Annual Bonuses to employees who belong to pay frequencies other than Annual.

If Annual Bonuses are being paid to Annually Paid Employees, then those wage types are to be configured under GPG7 - Bonus Pay Period.

Bonus Semi-Annual: Cumulation ID GPG4

The wage types that are to be configured here are those wage types which pay Semi-Annual Bonuses to employees who belong to pay frequencies other than Semi-Annual.

The amounts in these are included in hourly rate calculation for the Mean and Median GPG calculation only if the Semi-Annual Bonus is paid in the relevant pay period.

If Semi-Annual Bonuses are being paid to Semi-Annually Paid Employees, then those wage types are to be configured under GPG7 - Bonus Pay Period.

Bonus Quarterly: Cumulation ID GPG5

The amounts in these are included in hourly rate calculation for the Mean and Median GPG calculation only if the Quarterly Bonus is paid in the relevant pay period.

The wage types that are to be configured here are those wage types which pay Quarterly Bonuses to EEs who belong to pay frequencies other than Quarterly.

If Quarterly Bonuses are being paid to Quarterly Paid Employees, then those wage types are to be configured under GPG7 - Bonus Pay Period.

Bonus Monthly: Cumulation ID GPG6

The amounts in these are included in hourly rate calculation for the Mean and Median GPG calculation only if the Monthly Bonus is paid in the relevant pay period.

The wage types that are to be configured here are those wage types which pay Monthly Bonuses to EEs who belong to pay frequencies other than Monthly.

If Monthly Bonuses are being paid to Monthly Paid Employees, then those wage types are to be configured under GPG7 - Bonus Pay Period.

Bonus Per Pay Period: Cumulation ID GPG7

The amounts in these are included in hourly rate calculation for the Mean and Median GPG calculation only if the Bonus is paid in the relevant pay period.
