In this Customizing activity, you define legal entities for Gender Pay Gap reporting.

You define a legal entity by specifying a 3-character identifier, a name, the period for which the identifier is valid and the legal entity type such as private sector, public sector or exempt (from GPG reporting).

For each legal entity, you must specify a legal entity type as this determines the snapshot date. The snapshot date is used to derive reporting data. For more information, see legal entity type.

If you do not want to manually define your legal entities, you can populate this table using the HR_GB_GPG_BADI Business Add-In (BAdI) method of the Gender Pay Gap Reporting (HR_GB_GPG_BADI) BAdI.
