Here you can make the settings controlling/influencing operation of report T1041.

Program operation can be modified by the following payroll constants (T511K):

  • BIM41: If the constant value is other than 0, in the case of employees without employment relationship, the program overrides ,,the entry date by the value of Technical date of entry found in infotype 0041
  • BIMVI: If the constant has the value 0, employees without employment relationship are included in the report if IT0164 field EUHOZ is filled in, if constant's value is other than 0, employees not in employment relationship are included in the report if IT0164 field ANREN and IT0164 field ANKRA are filled in, while T5H4V field MVISZ is empty.
  • BIEMS: By setting this constant (and BIMVI is also active), if field "Pension / Soc. Contr." (AGREN) is selected, the employee is regarded as insured as well, if on the selection screen field "Based on change of e/r health insurance contribution payment liability" is selected. Within the constant enter the date (e.g. 01.01.2017) from which you want to apply this new processing.
  • BISEL: When selection is filtered by personnel number in a production run, the program may send an error message depending on the value of constant BISEL on the selection screen as follows:
  • 0 - No error message

  • 1 - Warning message in popup

  • 2 - Error message

  • BIVID: If starting date of the company (according to tax authority NAV) is later than the date calculated from master data, with this date ,,you can override the entry date of the employee
  • BIVSZ: Override sequential number of passive reports with the value specified in the constant
  • BIVVO: If the constant value is other than 0, the company codes combined in T5HVV are managed as one company code in the return.

The leased employees’ report contains the following constants:

  • BIKU1: The changes delivered in SP12/2017 will be valid from the date specified in the constant (e.g.: 01.10.2017); thus the changes will not have any effect on relationships ended and reported before.

As of 2016, the report contains an additional sheet about vocational training data. For correct population of additional sheet 13-01, you have to set the infotype and field in table T5H49 where to read vocational training data from. Table shall be filled in as follows:

  • Put * in Subtype field if the program shall read all subtypes.
  • If number of training certificate is recorded in a separate field of the infotype, you have to specify it in field Document number and leave empty the last field Document separator in the table.
Example: 0635,,I,,KEPNE,,OKTIN,,OKISZ,,
  • If the number of certificate is not recorded in a separate field (as an example, infotype 0022 does not contain a separate field for document number and, as standard, this infotype cannot be extended either), this information can be recorded in another field, separated by a special character. In this case, you have to fill in not only the Document number field, but in field Document separator, you can also enter the special character after which the Document number is given.
Example: 0022,,I,,SLABS,,OKTIN,,OKTIN,,§
  • You can set multiple infotypes in the table at the same time; the program processes all valid rows.
