In this Customizing activity, you create the Folder and its description. Folder is used in Define Approval screen for the grouping of agents. For example, you can create a folder as DIRand its description as Direct Reporting.

  1. Choose New Entries.
  2. Specify Group Code.
  3. Enter the Description for the Group.
  4. Select the Start Date and End Date.
  5. Save your entries.
