This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in the Australia Payroll (PY-AU) component. HCM Report Maker Configuration (HKWRPT_CONFIG) uses this BAdI to populate or override the report output data for each employee.

The BAdI has the following two methods:

  • Populate or Override Employee-level Data (Pre-processing) (OVERRIDE_EE_DATA_PREPROCESS)
Importing Parameters
  • IP_REPORT,, - Report Name

  • IP_MOLGA - Country Grouping

  • IP_PERNR - Standard Selections for HR Master Data Reporting

  • IP_YEAR - Payroll year for determining time period

  • IP_PERSON - External Person ID

Changing Parameters
  • CP_BEGDA - Start date of payroll period (FOR period)

  • CP_ENDDA - End of payroll period (for-period)

  • CP_PAPER - For-period for garnishment

  • CT_SEL_TAB - Report Selection parameters

  • CP_PERIOD - Single-Character Flag

  • Populate or Override Employee-level Data (Post-processing) (OVERRIDE_EE_DATA_POSTPROCESS)
Importing Parameters
  • IP_REPORT,, - Report Name

  • IP_MOLGA - Country Grouping

  • IP_PERNR - Personnel number

  • IP_RGDIRLAST - HR payroll result table

  • IP_RGDIR - Cluster Directory (For Export and Import of Payroll Results)

  • IP_BEGDA - For-period for garnishment

  • IP_ENDDA - For-period for garnishment

  • IP_PARAM1,, - Short Description of Repository Objects

  • IP_PARAM2,, - Short Description of Repository Objects

Changing Parameters
  • CP_ITAB - Reporting tool data

  • CP_LOG - Report builder log

  • CP_MSG - Message Text

  • CP_MSG_TYPE - Message Text
