In this IMG activity, you define the disciplinary action code.

While creating a charge sheet against an employee, you need to specify the disciplinary action against which disciplinary action proceedings need to take place against an employee. The system displays the disciplinary action code that you maintain in this table and while creating a record in the Disciplinary Action (India PS) (3743) Infotype.

  1. Choose New Entries.
  2. Maintain the disciplinary action type and its description.
  3. Save your entries.
