In this IMG activity, you define the disciplinary action letter code and map it to the subtype of the Additional data for Corrs. Letter (0906) infotype.

You issue disciplinary action letter to the employee based on the stage of the disciplinary action process.

You must have maintained subtypes of the Additional data for Corrs. Letter (0906) infotype.

1. Choose New Entries.
2. Maintain the disciplinary action letter code and its description.
3. Map it to the subtype of the Additional data for Corrs. Letter (0906) infotype.
4. Save your entries.
