In this Customizing activity, you maintain a detailed reason for an action type and reason for action.

You can also maintain the owner of the detailed reason in this Customizing activity. This is the person who owns the reason for the process.

Requirements

1. Choose New Entries.
2. Enter the Detailed Reason.
3. Enter the Detailed Reason Text.
4. Enter the Detailed Reason Owner.
5. Enter the Separation Reason Category. Here, you specify whether the reason for separation is voluntary, involuntary or indeterminate.
6. Save your entries.
