In this Customizing activity, you assign the e-mail text, e-mail content and attachment, to a stage based on the status of a request..
The mail is sent based on a particular stage of a process, and status of the step. For example you can maintain a text that a counsellor must receive as a reminder if you set the status to RE. The system uses this text in workflow mailing.
- Choose New Entries
- Select the Stage
- Select the Status
- Enter the Subject of the Mail
- Enter the Document ID to hold the Dialog Text for E-mail Content
- Enter Attachment Function Module
- Save your entries
