In this Customizing activity, you map the reason text that you maintain in Maintain Reason Codes (Reject, Withdraw, Put-OnHold) : Overview (V_T77WWW_EARCD) view to the relevant reason or action type (reject, withdraw or put on hold.)
For example, if the separation request is put on hold because of a promise of salary hike, then the system maps this reason text to the relevant reason key.

  1. Choose New Entries.
  2. Enter the Reason Code.
  3. Enter the Action Type.
  4. Save your entries.
