In this IMG activity, you define the time period in days after which system sends requests of a reimbursement type group for approval.

System sorts the requests based on their reimbursement type group and generates a single work item for them after the time period maintained for the group.

  1. Choose New Entries.
  2. Select the reimbursement type group.
  3. Specify the time period in days.
  4. Save your entries.
