In the public sector, some organizations have the same allowance schemes. In this Customizing activity, you set up the reference relation between pay scale groups. With the mapping between the job ranks and grades with pay scale groups, you can then create allowance correlation across relevant public sector branches.

You have set up the allowance scheme for the referred pay scale groups in Customizing for Payroll Saudi Arabia, under Public Sector -> Pay Structure -> Define Pay Scale Groups and Levels.

If you leave the Allowance/Benefitfield blank, the system copies all the allowances entries of the referred pay scale group.

We provide correlation settings between the following pay scale areas:
