In this Customizing activity, you assign job specialties with the job-based eligibility groups. If necessary, you can correlate a job specialty with a record in the job classification matrix by specifying the following attributes:

  • General job group
  • Job cluster
  • Category series
  • Job rank or grade
  • You have maintained the job specialties in the public sector in Customizing for Payroll Saudi Arabia, under Public Sector -> Allowances and Benefits -> Eligibility Checking -> Job-Based Criteria -> Maintain Job Specialties.
  • You have defined the job-based eligibility groups in Customizing for Payroll Saudi Arabia, under Public Sector -> Allowances and Benefits -> Eligibility Checking -> Job-Based Criteria -> Define Job-Based Eligibility Groups.
